2. After-Sales Service
a. We can send engineers to users' construction site for technical training and instruction. Any request will be met within 24 or 48 hours.
b. Regular client visit is appreciated in ASIA-PACIFIC ENERGY to collect users' feedback and bring our clients some potential buyers.
3. Expendable Parts Supply
a. A set of expandable part is supplied for free, shipped along with the equipment
b. Clients are suggested to buy some consumable parts to match the equipment
c. If the expendable parts are standard ones, customers can buy them on local markets
d. We will send the spare parts by air if they are in an urgent need
e. Expendable parts will be shipped within 24 hours, and self-made parts will be 48 hours,
4. Problems and Solutions
a. Users are suggested to read the instruction manual carefully and operate strictly in line with the process.
b. For common problems, customers can contact us via e-mail or social media; for urgent problems, either phone call, pictures, or real-time video is welcomed.
